![]() ![]() Previews for the Warhammer 40k x Magic: The Gathering Universes Beyond products will begin on July 26 and go on sale August 12. Hasbro through Wizards of the Coast is selling the Warhammer 40K Collectors Edition MtG Commander Decks for 550 for a complete set of four 100-card decks, all-foiled out. The other two drops will feature Games Workshops other two tabletop games: Age of Sigmar, the fantasy-themed (as opposed to the grim/dark sci-fi theme of 40k) version of Warhammer, and Blood Bowl, a tabletop parody of American football. The Orks drop is likely self-explanatory. On Thursday, September 15, Magic: The Gathering creator Wizards of the Coast revealed the full Necron Dynasties decklist, the third deck from the MTG Warhammer 40k crossover to be shown off so far. Unfortunately, we don’t have many details about the three Secret Lair drops other than their names: Secret Lair x Warhammer 40,000: Orks, Secret Lair x Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and Secret Lair x Blood Bowl. It won’t be included in any of the Commander decks. Magic: The Gatherings first major Universes Beyond crossover is here, with four Warhammer 40,000 decks introducing more than 120 cards based on the grimdark sci-fi series to Magics Commander, Vintage, and Legacy formats. Theres a ton of new cards in the 40k decks, but theres some great reprints too Riley counts down the top 10 best Warhammer 40k reprints. The Forces of the Imperium, on the other hand, got their own preview in Vanguard Suppressor:įinally, there is a Fabricate promo (with art featuring the legendary Belisarius Cawl) that will be available at local game stores on launch day, August 12.
